Delegate Registration Fee
USD 1,850
Conference Fee is USD 1,850 and includes:
- Pass to attend the 2026 conference
- 2 nights accommodation on 14 and 16 October 2026.
- Hotel meals and networking cocktail events (from dinner on 14 October to lunch 16 October 2025).
Guest Fee
USD 300.00
- Whilst delegates may travel with their family and enjoy this scenic and beautiful venue, if they wish for their guests to join the scheduled Conference meals and events, a Guest Fee of USD 300 (per adult) is necessary, and includes:
- Full (shared with delegate) accommodation on 14 and 16 October 2026.
- Hotel Meals and attending the AsiaPEC 2026 event gatherings, all as provided under the Delegate Registration Fee.
- Note: If the guest (partner) is not joining meals / events, there is no Guest Fee (breakfast is included).
CHILDREN POLICY
Children are welcome, however delegates are required to liaise directly with the Hotel as additional costs may be necessary. The following is the Hotel guidelines and are subject to additional local taxes:
Children under 5 years old are complimentary.
Children between 5 and 12 years old will pay USD 15 nett daily per child for breakfast.
EXTRA PERSON RATE (3rd Person in The Room)
Additional charge for one extra person over the age of 12 is USD 80 nett per night (inclusive of breakfast).
If an extra bed is required for a child between 5 and 12 years old, charge is USD 40 nett per night (inclusive of breakfast).
It is incumbent upon the delegate to manage these potential additional and separate costs directly with the Hotel as they are outside of AsiaPEC event management and fee structure
HOTEL STAY EXTENSION
Please note if delegates wish to arrive early or extend their stay, the rate for Conference delegates has been secured with the Hotel at USD 210++ / per night, inclusive of breakfast.
This rate is offered for 3 days prior and post the event (from Sunday 11 October to Monday 19 October).
Extension of the stay is subject to room availability and is not guaranteed.
PAYMENT
We only accept payment via credit card through the registration process on the website. Invoices can be provided upon request, please email admin@asiapec.org if you require this.
